Stephen (since 1974) has been providing outpatient mental health services. "Insurance companies that I *do not* accept (or rather, do not accept me) include those listed below.  These companies report that they have a sufficient number of other professionals matching my qualifications (?!) in this geographical area.  I am sorry, therefore, that I can not provide low-cost assistance to individuals covered by insurance companies. However, apparently, there are other options open to these policy holders they should consult the provider lists for help using these policies. In special cases, individuals have arranged special contracts with some of these companies to allow me to provide treatment services - you might try to pursue this.  Otherwise, individuals carrying these insurances wishing to, nevertheless, see me will have to pay the full out-of-pocket cost."
